Horse Talk TV Products - Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Horse Talk TV,
returns will be accepted for a full refund, provided that goods are:

a) Unused, undamaged & able to be resold, in their original, unopened manufacturer’s packaging
b) Received at our office within 2 weeks of invoice date
c) Refunds are NOT available after 2 weeks from invoice date.

Refunds are not available if you just happen to change your mind and no longer want a product you have ordered, although we will make every effort to supply the actual product you required.

Should you wish to return an item, you will need to contact our office via email to inform us of the reason for your return.  We do not accept goods returned as COD freight.

Freight & handling costs remain the responsibility of the customer & are not refundable, except in the case of faulty goods.

Affilate Website Products - Refund Policy

Some products advertised through Horse Talk TV web site are via affiliate partnerships with other web sites. If you are redirected to another web site from a link on Horse Talk TV and purchase products from that web site, you are bound by that sites refund policy. Please read their refunds policy carefully before purchase. Horse Talk TV accepts no liability for products purchased from linked web sites. Any requests for refunds or complaints about faulty products purchased from linked websites must be directed to the administrators of the web site the products were purchased from.

Cancellation Policy

Orders for Horse Talk TV products can be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase - less credit card processing fees - with no penalty. Orders cancelled after 24 hrs of purchase but prior to shipping incur a 10% of purchase price penalty fee -  plus credit card processing fees. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping has taken place.
